Punch, Kick, and Sweat the stress away in this explosive, mixed-martial-arts (MMA) inspired cardio total body workout
Pound:
Every Other Wednesday: 6-7PM
Cardio drumming working on using rhythm & strength to release your inner rockstar!
Virtual Bootcamp:
Saturday: 9-9:45AM
Get a full-body workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer-all from comfort of your home.
